Imitation round stained glass does not glow at night

The round imitation stained glass window does not glow at night, unlike the other two in game stained glass windows which do

I hoped it had the same blue night glow that the other stained glass windows did, which is why I chose the round one. In the preview, this issue is currently not displayed.
Please add the same 'blue night' glow to the round window that the other stained glass windows have!

The image are the stained glass windows side by side at night. The left one has a distinct glow and reflection at night, the round one does not.
