    Unable to select current home world in world transfer

    I am trying to transfer a character from Zodiark to Maduin, but when I select current home world in the dropdown menu, Zodiark is not an option. I have the premium subscription, the character is not bound by FC, housing, items on the market or anything else.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble selecting a certain character to transfer. Unfortunately, this issue may best be addressed by the SQUARE ENIX Support Team as they would have access to more information regarding the character you are attempting to transfer. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID. This thread will be moved to ‘Support Center Ticket Created’. Additionally, I'll be going ahead and moving this thread to the 'Support Center Ticket Created' subforums.
