    One Time Password (Authy) Invalid

    I have OTP on my account and I use the Authy app on iPhone. For the past few days, the game launcher is telling me "invalid password" each time I try to log in. I am able to log in to the forums, for example, but the game launcher does not like my OTPs.

    I wonder if the recent daylight savings here in the US has messed things up?

    I guess it's worth noting the launcher sometimes lets me log in, but it's very inconsistent and I've gotten locked out of my account several times trying to log in.

    It's sensitive to the time so yes it's likely to with the daylight savings change. That alone doesn't stop it working though so it suggests either the timezone on your phone is wrong or simply your clock itself is wrong (if it's more than 90 seconds out then the codes being generated won't work).

    Sync it with the server, I had the same issue. See if that works.

    Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums.
