Speaking of Rival Wings and the removal of diminishing returns, now you get the neat interaction of a Brute Justice being able to stunlock you to death with Double Rocket Punch if you don't have Purify ready. I can't believe this didn't come up as an issue in their testing.

Brute Justice has always been able to kill you from full if you don't have Purify. Been like that since the release of the mode

Oh I know it was designed to be able to do that by stunning and then using either Flarethrower or Mega Beam, but the stunlocking to death from just spamming Double Rocket Punch is probably not intended.

I mean, no? You could stunlock people to death with rocket punch in ShB too. Rocket punch has always done well over half of a player's HP in damage.
