The Hellhound weapons have been in the game for years and they were not really hard to get,
could just coast on seasonal wolf collar rewards and get them pretty easily,

Hellhound weapons aren't top 100 rewards. They were always available for ranked currency when they were added to the game

There should be de-ranking for all ranks. Creating this void pit in Plat where people go up ranks more than they get demoted, leaving behind a void of lack of players, has skewered wait times for plat to diamond 2 extremely negatively.

I wish people who do no healing or damage, constantly feed, and are completely unable to contribute to the team and ruin the game for them would d- WOAH!!!
