    That's unusual, as I normally just (cancel the cutscene) and keep going while the others have the filmstrip icon. Party or not doesn't matter for me.

    What exactly were you doing in the workshop? Making one of the three part stages, or sending out a voyage? If a voyage - sub or airship?

    It's only happening when you build submarines or housing skin. Everyone who enter workshop will get the cutscene even if you're not party with them
