You don’t have to directly engaged on it, besides, I see nothing wrong with it as the game alone is immersive enough in every social aspect ;be it good or worse akin to irl.

I am anti-emulation, mostly because pro-Nintendo emulation gamers are:

"We emulate because Nintendo doesn't provide us with a way to buy the game"

Then Nintendo provides them with a game and they still emulate.
