Is it a chance, that you are a Reaper?
Why so angry?
Why so impatient?
We don't need anything right now. Stop for a while. Put your scythe down. Sit down next to me. Relax and let's talk about something pleasant.
Take your time.
Nothing is chasing us. We have all the time in the universe.
Do you like sound of ocean?
Let's listen to it together
Do you like fishing?
Fishing sounds so nice. You cast. You wait. You take.
You never know when fish will catch, and what you get. You spend your time mainly on preparing and waiting. Likely most of that waiting. But the emotion. This short burst of excitement and fulfillment in fighting and getting your fish is the greatest payoff of all.
But what we do with fishes? Yes. We can eat them or disenchant them into valuable resources. Of course. But what if there is another way to use their strength?
Have you heard of Fishmasters?
How they work?
Much different than your current job. Normally you equip your weapon and armor and these gives your stats. In case of Fishmaster, you do not equip armor or weapons.
You equip your fishes.
Is it a chance that you did play Final Fantasy 8? If you know about junction system, you know how Fishmaster works. Every fish in game is contributting to one of your stats. Some fishes raises your vitality, other strength. Some fishes give you some special trait or buff. Like immunity to some debuffs, push effects, etc. You don't equip one fish. You equip a stack of fishes in a convenient for you inventory slot. The more fishes you have, the bigger influence on stat and effect.
There is one important thing. When you get hit, you do not loose your HP. Truth be told. you are always 1 hit to KO. But your fishes are your shield. When you get hit, you loose some of equiped fishes. As long as you are wearing at least one fish, you will not lose HP.
What about attacking?
Your attacks depends on equiped stack on fish in your weapon slot. But, as fisher, you cast your attack, cast time is random. The same about damage you deal. If you are lucky, you can defeat a ultimate boss in one hit, but there is a chance that you will do no damage at all. This is way of Fishmaster's life.
