Error 17 stopping me from being able to play

Ok...
I been tolerating this error 17 bs for months now. Some nights it unables me from entering any duty. But now im totally stuck. I get back in by selecting another world, provided i did not get the error entering a instance, then i have to wait until said instance is done befor even being allowed to do that. But now im stuck, at lvl 90, on a shadowbringer quest, the one leading to Elidibus. Each time i try to go on with the mission, i crach, so i am totally lost and losing patch time. And by now surely you must have found some solution???? Its ruining my game experience totally, seing as i can not progress. Stop making pets and stupid costumes and fix the game first!
