Either way, "history repeating itself" is kinda incorrect as I am more in line with the idea that Ranked TIERS (bronze, silver, gold, etc) need rewards above all. We had that with Wolf Collars, although they were a bit limited in use. Ranked simply needs something only ranked can get.
