Steps:
I first encountered with this glitch when patch 6.2 released, there are weird black shapes on big Varshahn’s facial scales(see attached image) when he first appeared in a cutscene.

2. I checked and confirmed that whether in cutscenes or using duty support or in the middle of the main scenario quest, even his icon on duty support, regardless what job I am using, the glitch is there as long as I can see his model.

3. I tried re-login, reopen the game, restart my ps4, the glitch is still there. After patch 6.2 I thought it would probably be solved as the new patch coming, but it is still there, so I think it is better to report it here.
