Lock items function for GC turn ins.

Everytime i try to turn in my GC gear items, i have to be really careful not to turn in my glams or ultimate weapons as these items are not assigned to any gear list and i kept it in my inventory so that i can use it anytime i want. I was thinking why not implement a function to essentially locks the item so doesnt show up on the list when you try to sell,turn in or desynth the item.

Why don't just assigned them to a gear set? You have 47 gears set, which are far more than all the classes we have even combining the gathering/crafted class.

Just assign those glam into a ghost gears set you don't use and they don't show up.

I have to agree with Raven, for now, until they might add it one day, just make a second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, etc gear set and put them at the bottom of the list. You don't ever need to change into that set - but it locks the items.

And as far as desynth, just add any junk materia you like to it, that pops up a warning then before you do.

Sounds like a you problem, gear sets, chocobo saddle, glamour dresser, retainers, confirmation message.

Make new gear drop into your regular inventory, keep gear you want to keep in the armoury chest. Then filter out gear in your armoury chest when you turn in gear pieces.

Thanks,thats good workaround tbh, never thought of that but i still believe having a lock and leave it function will be better for keeping items safe in general.

Just ad in a random materia, that blocks you from handing it in too fast as you have to extra confirm that^^
