The problem is Enix have no set rules, system or guidelines except "don't reset them". It's first come first served on a highly rewarding activity. Especially with SS ranks and 1000 S rank achievements which encourage community coordination or can be griefed in the case of SS mobs.

In any other content Enix takes measures to ensure no harassment, griefing, toxicity or animosity. Look at PvP for example, it's riddled with measures to prevent any of that. Or the hard anti-addon policies, or the updated ToS against harassment in instances and so on.
But the Hunt is left to its own devices with no intervention and SE drop all responsibility with "we didn't intend you to share, not our fault if you argue", instead of looking at how to rework and improve what has become major content for a massive number of players.

Whatever someone's stance may be, either 10 min invulns so we can share, or discouraging sharing, the Hunt needs reworks badly.
