S-Rank mobs needs a invulnerability buff on S-RANKs

Hunt trains aren't really all that bad... until you go and kill an A rank outside of the train. Then you get the FFXIV FBI at your door asking why you dared to not partake in the train.

Haha, yeah. A while back I was doing maps with some friends and when we came out of a dungeon there was an A-rank nearby so we decided to kill it. About a minute after attacking it someone flies up and starts yelling at us to wait for the hunt train that's starting in 2 hours.
