I really don't have any solutions for them to bring ppl back into rank other than giving players an option to party up and que instead of straight solo que. That might(?) restore the ques(?)....maybe?
They need to update the Series pass/crystal trophy shop because heres a news flash for you all...... people play ranked to grind out the series pass because its ... wait for it... FASTER then playing frontlines!

Passive aggressiveness directed at SE aside, I guarantee you if they just focus on keeping the Series BP/crystal shop up to date alongside the season you will all see ranked jump in population.
