Add iLevel restrictions to Alliance Roulette

The naked people are forcing themselves into low level content but they are not dragging in there you with them.

Firm believer that is what happens. You can be sure when they get the duty that they are in one with level 50 players. I always check my party and 9/10 there is a 50 and that is only one alliance.
