Vercure is pretty useful in downtimes and to get Dualcast procs when you can't hit the enemy. It can somehow save a wipe if something really cursed and wrong happened but it should never be considered reliable healing.While that's certainly "the fix"; It's really bad game design to have a useless skill on a job.
I'll admit that I've never done any Ultimates. But...amazing? I really don't think that's the case. I can't see any instance where Vercure would be "amazing." It might be nice to keep the fight moving a bit to see the next mechanic(s), but can't see an instance where it would be a game changer.
