    People forget that there's nothing more damaging than when devs decide to fix things that aren't broken; this is what causes many of the job balance issues we have in the first place.
    Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind delaying new standard jobs, if only to avoid worsening the current balance between jobs. I just don't want to see yet more unnecessary job revamps done purely for the sake of changing things. I would love to see more limited jobs introduced, however, because limited jobs would have more creative potential imo.

    Alas, in a game with vertical progression, stuff needs to change because at some point (sooner for some jobs, later for others) there's going to be a brick wall, either a design or bloat one (or maybe both).

    It's hard to maintain such kind of mmorpg with future proof content unless they invest in horizontal progression systems, but that is a pretty big structural change.
