Can anyone help me with this problem? I have just reinstalled the game for a third time and it seems I cannot access lower level content without getting this error message 17 and the game having to exit. it just happened to me again while doing a 50/60/70/80 roulette that had me go into sunken temple of qarn, except i never loaded in the game crashed with that error. that same thing happened to me before. the game seems fine when i do more recent content such as shadowbringers and endwalker content. i have only had issues it seems when i enter into a lower level duty or in a lower level zone. but it also happens randomly it seems because i remember doing things like thousand malms of toto rak and the porta praetorium trial. it is extremely frustrating to not be able to play all of the content for some reason i do not have help understanding. this has been going on for weeks now and i don't seem to be getting the answers i need. can we open a ticket about it or something? i don't know how this works.

well, i reinstalled the game for a third time, reinstalled my graphics card driver, downloaded all necessary driver updates. turned off and adjusted relevant options according to the few things i've been told and researching other forum posts with similar issues. opened ports on my router. nothing is fixing this issue. it's like someone else said with a similar issue, it seems i keep getting faulty installs of patch content somewhere or something. or maybe it has to do with using a fantasia to change from hyur to miquote or transferring to the new data center/maduin. i did both of those things at the same time and this error seemed to start happening. one time I thought it was because i was in a congested area like limsa or ultima thule when the new tribe was introduced there because it happened in both of those areas. now it seems the issue has changed since reinstalling. both successive times i have reinstalled i have the same problem. i go to older patch content and the sound cuts out and the error happens and the game has to close. i have tried to do sunken temple of qarn three times now after reinstalling and i still have the same error, it doesn't even load me into the instance and i have to wait until the party is done and out of the instance to log back into the game because it will put me wherever i was before i tried to enter the instance. the other time it has happened more than once is in dravanian forelands just flying around the map. i am about to purchase the upgrade on ps4 for endwalker/shadowbringers/stormblood because it's on sale and just go back to that. that's how long ago i made the switch to my gaming pc. but i shouldn't have to because technical support should be able to assist me with this... i have a gaming computer that is more than capable of handling this game with zero issues with anything but this game.
