error code 17

Usually, we would advise reinstalling the game on your primary drive, as having it installed elsewhere can cause certain issues. Can anyone help me with this problem? I have just reinstalled the game for a third time and it seems I cannot access lower level content without getting this error message 17 and the game having to exit. it just happened to me again while doing a 50/60/70/80 roulette that had me go into sunken temple of qarn, except i never loaded in the game crashed with that error. that same thing happened to me before. the game seems fine when i do more recent content such as shadowbringers and endwalker content. i have only had issues it seems when i enter into a lower level duty or in a lower level zone. but it also happens randomly it seems because i remember doing things like thousand malms of toto rak and the porta praetorium trial. it is extremely frustrating to not be able to play all of the content for some reason i do not have help understanding. this has been going on for weeks now and i don't seem to be getting the answers i need. can we open a ticket about it or something? i don't know how this works.
