Dutyfinder canceling

Dutyfinder is canceling on me now if I use the retainer bell and then giving you a penalty for abandoning dutyfinder. Says your penalty count has increased for abandoning a duty by canceling matching. Won't let you use your glamour dresser if in queue for a duty now. Leave the inn room cancels queue for dutyfinder then gives you a penalty for leaving duty matching when no queue has even popped yet.

I'm not sure what's going on for you, but it's not happening universally. I just tried those things (retainer bell, dresser, leaving the inn room) and it hasn't disrupted my duty finder queue at all.

Are there any other factors that could be causing it?

I had the same issue with crystal conflict.



I did not miss any other duties, and if I missed the queue I would have gotten the "Participation could not be confirmed. Your registration is withdrawn." or "Your penalty count has increased for abandoning a duty by canceling matching." message. I was not afk kicked from anything, you can see the last match was completed by commendations.

I was able to queue for other stuff, just not ranked crystal conflict. I've never seen this before
