Alternative to LBs in Dungeons

When was the last time a dungeon was hard, with the exception of Tower of Babel (Which is the difficulty I'd expect for a dungeon this late into an expansion cycle of a game, its a pity they dumbed everything past that down to complete gutter level of skill required).
