Differentiating healer identities

You cannot diferentiate healer identities too much because you can run into the issue of 1 being vastly superior to the others and a must bring class. The only way to differentiate healers substantially is by increasing the healer spots from 2 to 3 in a full party. Maybe have the 3rd "healer" lean heavily into a support type class very little actual healing but more into support abilities, increase move speeds, dmg, dmg reduction skill/spell speed etc.
