    Blizzara Issue

    4/5 times that I cast Blizzara from a decent distance neither the animation nor the spell go off (mobs don't take damage), but I lose the mp and the recast timer of 40 seconds begins. This has been happening for quite some time.

    The spell shouldn't cast if you're out of range, one would get the message "The target is too far away."

    Blizzara is a self aoe its casted around you not the enemy you targeted. So you have to be right up in the mobs face to use it. and itll activate even if the enemy is far away from you cause its a self aoe.
