Returning after 1 month break

tl;dr i want everything, and i want it now.

This post isn't about wanting anything, in fact, it is about not wanting anything really. Which is why I am taking another break

Even if I wanted to bother getting new weapons, what is the point really? I don't even know why they released AF weapons at this time. We have enough weapons as it is really, should have put time spent on the weapons and quest into something else and came up with a better quest for it down the road IMO!

"Sweet I finally got my AF weapon, *Turns all his Primal weapons into materia* Now I can go do everything I already did 100 more times with my shiny new Af weapon!!!

I know new things coming soon and all, I guess I am at a tipping point with this game after tagging along for the harsh ride I call FFXIV.

Like someone said on the 1st page, it is probably best I take a long break until 2.0, however I will pop in to do new Umbral Era content that wont be do-able in the future *whether it has rewards or not*

Is this how a lot of people feel? If so it is not a very good thing for FFXIV. People should want to stay and play not take a long break until 2.0

I think Yoshi forgot about the people who have played since the beginning. People who have done everything.
And if he didn't forget, then it would seem he'd rather cater to new players and let long term ones quit until 2.0

With each new patch, some of the new content's quests require you to go back and do things you have already gotten sick of, Why not create something entirely new to do instead ?
