I Just got Bard to 90 but I'm still learning.

Question 1 - what order should I play the 3 songs In, should I start with Wanderers Minuet, then when it's done play Mage's Ballad, then Army's Peon?

Question 2 - can I stack damage buffs for my party members if I play Battle voice then directly after play Radiant Finale, the lvl 90 skill, I think that's it's name, not sure.

Yes, that’s the right song order and you should always use Battle Voice with Radiant Finale. You should also use Raging Strikes while you’re in Minuet. You should check out this website for more information on what our opening rotation is and the priorities we should keep in mind for procs:

The answer depends on if it's single target or multi-target.

For a single target, I use Wanderers and Mage's, then Army's to fill in the gap.

For multiple targets, I use Mage's then Army's. Wanderers is just to fill in the gap.

The reason for all of this is because Wanderer's gives you single target procs, Mage's gives both single target and multi-target procs and Army's increases attack speed, which is more useful for multi-target than Wanderer's is.

It's considered good to stack damage buffs together because they are multiplicative (increase damage an extra amount when combined), to such an extent that entire parties coordinate using them at the same time. SE has made it so that they come off cooldown at the same time this expansion, so you don't have to worry about coordinating it very often anymore.

4. Enjoy not being overhauled every expansion and nerfed to oblivion by SE.

5. Bonus step, stay far away from the machinist guild in Ishgard, they might look cool but it isn't worth the pain that comes with the job. SE will hate you for picking it.

Well if you wanna look stylish MCH is the perfect job, i main it since HW when MCH was still a caster cause SE thought well all ranged damagedealers have to be casters...and yeah MCH was always about looking great while giving no contribution to the team. You are hated by everyone, SE and your teammates but yeah...at some point you just learn to own it!
