RELIC artifact weapons?

They said there'd be "Legacy" weapons with constantly changing stats in the pdfs. I'm still holding onto whatever hope there is that using the word legacy makes it different from what we have as "Relics" now.

Oh please, go back to QQing in the other relic threads. The relic quests we have are easy and will likely be completed by tons of people within a month.

Though I must admit, given the stats of the weapons I guess it is somewhat appropriate, they're not godly by any means.

Doubtful the majority of the player base can't do hamlets or AV or CC due to being too uncoordinated. Just a small fraction that can do these.

btw i think i've read some article that Yoshi-P said about these weapons
that it's the weapons that not meant for everyone to obtain.
