Keep the gauge cost to balance it though, so using Sheltron, Cover would take 100 gauge, requiring the PLD to think about if they can afford to Sheltron autos leading up to the TB or not.
PLD did have 20% dr on cover in SB and it didn't cost oath gauge was just a 2 minute CD
was extremely good but they definitely over nerfed it in ShB didnt need to remove DR and make it cost oath gauge
either or would have been fine
