New Inn Quests not Flagging

I dont know make sure the wanted notice in in ur inventory? make sure you're logging out int he right area? make sure you already dont have the max amount of quests flagged?

I have all the conditions met for the quest.

After reading a few replies it seems you need to rinse and repeat and sleep-exit in ALL three inns to get the quest, not just "at one of the aforementioned inns".

I will try staying at the other two and see what happens.

I also went to all cities and tried numerous times and nothing, but I think I figured out my problem. I have been going into the INN and using exit game from the menu. Today, I clicked on the bed and selected return to character screen, and it says "Logging out" and after a few hours when I logged back in, I got the cut scene.

Incidentally, maybe that means you could log out and log in as another user while you wait.

I got it every morning after 6+ hours of sleep for all 3

You have to go and sleep in all three inns, by select "exit game" at the bed, not by the door.

The final sequence is outside of LL where you end up "getting" into a fight, and the guy gets arrested. End of quest. The item stays in your inventory.

Correct. You need to be level 20 to do "Mysteries of the Red Moon". That's pretty easy to get, though.

Once you're level 20, go talk to the Lalafell outside the Inn Rooms in Uldah, and you'll get the quest.
