New Inn Quests not Flagging

Anyone got some kind of, bug?
When I log in in my inn, after character screen, it take a long time to load
I then force kill the client, the last screen I could see is my character on bed

That's not a bug, that's a cutscene ...

I have yet to get CS when logging in-have logged out for 1 hour and as much as 9 hours - i have item in inventory and sit in bed and log out--getting very frustrated

I believe i now know what i was doing wrong-will try this after maintenance -click on bed and select back to character screen and hope that does it

Exiting the game completely works too. For the inn quest series that is three quests long, you have to first obtain the wanted notice, then log out in your bed in Ul'dah, get a cutscene, log out in your bed in Grid, get a cutscene, log out in your bed in LL and get the final cutscene.

I don't know the exact amount of time you need to be logged out for (I hear 30 minutes works) since I'd usually just do one quest per day after logging out for the night and logging in coming home from work and it'd appear for me.

I have a different problem related to this quest series. I've completed the six quests mentioned in the original post, but "Mysteries of the Red Moon" doesn't seem to be available. Is there a different level requirement for that quest?

I just completed these last night.

1) Get the quest item from Otopo
2) Go to the Ul'dah inn and select the bed, then select exit
3) Wait at least one earth hour, no shorter
4) Log in, after a while of blackness a cut-scene should start
5) Next go to the Gridania inn, select the bed, and select exit for at least an hour again
6) Repeat for Limsa

After Limsa you will need to ride out to hunt them down. Note that the scenes should trigger any time you spent more than an hour sleeping in the inn, so you do not have to rush to complete this quest. Take your time and play as normal.

Only thing is, I still have the non-tradeable notice and have no idea what to do with it.

To trigger these quests, players must first obtain a Gauwyn the Gannet Wanted Notice from Otopa Pottopa, who can be found on the Merchant Strip (6,4) in Ul’dah. Otopa Pottopa will only give notices to those who have already completed each of the following three quests:

The Ink Thief (Limsa Lominsa), Waste Not Want Not (Gridania), Ring of Deceit (Ul’dah)

Once the item has been obtained, players will then need to log out from their own room at one of the aforementioned inns, and log back in after a certain amount of time has passed.
* Players who accidentally dispose of the wanted notice may obtain another by speaking again with Otopa Pottopa.
* The wanted notice is a quest item only used to trigger The Usual Suspects, In Plain Sight, and Private Eyes, and will not be used for any other purpose.
* Please note this quest will not trigger should the maximum number of quests already be underway, even when the necessary conditions are fulfilled.

I dont know make sure the wanted notice in in ur inventory? make sure you're logging out int he right area? make sure you already dont have the max amount of quests flagged?
