    Can bids be made if your a Wanderer/Traveller?

    Saw some travelers and wanderers showing up saying they bid on a plot...? Can they actually do it? I cant find info on it.

    No. You can only bid on a plot if you're actually from that World. Travelers and Wanderers cannot bid on houses outside their own worlds. Whoever told you that, well, it's misinformation.

    The only way they actually put in a bid is if it was on another character who is transfered to or made on the server. As was said above, people visiting are locked out. Just like how they cant use their retainers until they return home.
