It absolutely does not if it goes through guard that just means the server tick didn't register guard. MNK lb goes through guard.

Ninja LB goes through guard when you hit the execute. I've tried to guard it but still died

no, ninja goes through guard if they have low enough hp so does samurai zan if the enemy has the debuff and MCH drill.

You can never make a PvP game balanced. Best to make it more......hectic with gimmicks or broken abilities for all jobs....not too broken though.

yeah the best you can do is get it close enough to perfection as possible, you cannot please everybody but you also should not make dumb stuff a thing (i.e the dragoon lb marker, should be removed.)

Aside from a few outlier's, the current pvp balance is pretty damn good imo.
