This is insane, I am trying to get a simple matter of buying the wrong item resolved and there is no transparency or reassurance from the support desk about my complain. This is not acceptable, your game is not cheap and I've been paying this subscription and for two expansions now. Both times I needed assistance, it was not in a timely matter and not easy to find where I would get assistance, the solutions are not good for the customer as well. I've had experiences with other smaller MMOs support desks on issues far more complex, and it never took over 30 days to solve an issue like mine. I also work in a support desk and know that this is unacceptable.
