Transfer Issues

So recently I've been trying to move all my eligible characters to EU since that's where my main is and that's where I'd like to focus my attention. However, when confirming any EU world as my destination, no NA worlds are selectable under current home worlds. Normally I'd assume this is because they aren't eligible but if I were to choose any NA world as the destination, all worlds are now available under the current home world tab that I have characters on.

Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

After 2 emails with tech support, this is their solution which I'll remind them, does not help with my issue. I know how to transfer characters, the issue is why I can't transfer from NA to EU but I can transfer from NA to NA. Below is their solution.

We have reviewed your ticket information, and it appears we can give you directions on how to transfer your character. Please follow these instructions below:

- Log into Mog Station.
- Select "Additional Services" tab.
- Find the Home World Transfer Service section and click "Submit Transfer Application" button.
- Accept the terms and click the "Next" button.
- First select the world you would like to transfer to the click the "Confirm" button right next to it.
- Select your current home world in the step 2 tab and press the "Confirm" button right next to it.
- Select the character you would like to transfer by clicking yes and then click the "Proceed to Transfer Confirmation" button.
- Continue the steps until the transaction is complete and the process should finish.

Please note that there are certain worlds that you can’t transfer to as of now. You could find which of these worlds are congested on the Lodestone page. We hope this helps with your issue. If not, please contact us back with more information.
