Do you think this is likely to happen? I wonder sometimes. Seems to me that the banks would be more inclined to try to resolve the matter considering the live services video game industry is a multi-billion-dollar industry.
As much as I agree with this - they don't seem to be listening to us.

The only thing i can think of is if they add a two step on it on have a some sort of spending cap on it
You are devolving more and more into gibberish. I never claimed that RMT doesnt exist. We've all seen the run seller PFs that thankfully dont plague PF anymore. If you think that xeno calling that party member out and doing it in a funny way is actually a run seller ad then you have completely lost the plot. The issue is how far you've taken it. You are way past the point of jumping at shadows and the "proof" you have presented so far has been 100% worthless. Other people are quick to call you out for being bad at the game and while you certainly arent a god at the game I dont think you're actually all that bad.
Like someone else said, run sellers have better things to do than go into PF. People in PF will make mistakes and no one is immune to that. There is a point to be made that we are already far too unforgiving for every single mistake in PF and you take that even further. Dont claim malice when incompetence is the better explanation.
Thats how they get there "thrills "

for a year, would you rather be secretly filmed at random moments and have the footage uploaded to your social media or loose $100 when ever you said a curse word?
Jojoya, would you mind reposting in the following forum as a suggestion?Strengthening Enforcement Against Real Money Trading (RMT) Activity
Players use their services because there is no penalty for doing so.

Just ban people entirely for 12 months and deleting the account they used for it, if they buy a new game, they wont be able to activate it untill the ban is over... and go hard after the buyer.

I agree to a point... for a second offense. lets be real for a second, a majority of people I think, after a week vacation, would seriously avoid losing their entire account over what amounts to a "convenience". so first offense, a vacation serious so they have time to think on what they did, 7 days at least. second offense, then go for a ban, delete the account etc since obviously they arent smart enough to not do it a second time. removing the bots is doing nothing but bailing water out of a sinking ship with a tea cup. actions against the buyers... thats something that will get player's attention
