Novice Chat Grieving

Novice Chat needs to be fixed. Mentors have long abused the kicking feature and it does way more harm then good. If there is an issue with someone, then let blacklisting them deal with them instead of allowing a group of people to grieve those they do not like.

It has come to the point that people are getting tired of the toxicity with this feature. I understand GMs don't have the time to moderate the chat themselves but allowing just anyone to kick people at will was never the answer.

At this point, removing the kick feature is the best option for Novice Chat because too many people abuse it and no one sees if reporting people for abuse of this feature actually does anything.

Then you have people so tired of being abused with this feature that now they kick at the first hint that they themselves will be kicked. We have had mentor kicking wars because of this. How are we suppose to help sprouts when we are dealing with childish behaviors of mentors who play games by abusing features?
