1.Achieved Bronze in Ranked Crystalline Conflict previous season, Silver this season (so far, season still active)
2.Speak with NPC to acquire Bronze tier reward from previous season
3.NPC responds with "I am afraid there is no reward for pups that fail to attain at least Bronze tier. Sink your fangs into the foe next season, and these sumptuous spoils could be yours as well!"
4. Checked Achievements. PvP tab -> Ranking page is completely blank. Not even any grayed out Achievements which should exist based on asking FC members and checking internet. Other Achievement pages under PvP exist with mix of gray/bright based on completion
5. Installed FFXIV on laptop (info below based on laptop) from scratch to check if it was my gaming PC or file issues. Bug unresolved, Achievements page for PvP-Ranking blank. Unable to claim rewards.
