Missing items upon home world transfer

Steps:
1. I purchased a home world transfer from EU lich to NA exodus in the mog station
2. I relinquished land and all housing properties, and left my FC in order to complete the character transfer.
3. I puchased the primuim companion app for an additional retainer and to gain the right chocobo saddle bag for more inventory space to store all of my housing items that had been removed from small house, appartment and FC room.
4. I made sure I was no selling anything on the market board and was ready to make the transfer.
5. I completed the transfer and moved my character (Pixie Riot on Lich EU to Willow Eidinsyn (after purchasing a name change) to Exodus NA.
6. I did not realise until checking today when i wanted to put housing items back into my FC room/apartment that my right chocobo bag is completely empty and that I have lost alot of housing items after using a paid service, two paid services if you include the companion app upgrade.
7. I contacted support in game for a GM but was informed they could not assist and to post here.
