Eukrasian Dosis III does not trigger Kardion

Steps:
1. Apply Kardia to self or party member.
2. Cast Dosis III to confirm it triggers Kardion properly to heal the affected player or duty support NPC.
3. Cast Eukrasia.
4. Cast Eukrasian Dosis III.
5. Confirm that Kardion has not triggered, like tooltip indicates it should.
To specify, this is not an expectation for Kardion to trigger every time the Eukrasian Dosis III damage over time effect deals damage, only on the initial cast of the spell, as per the tooltip. But this spell does not trigger the Kardion effect at all, and similarly does not consume stacks of Soteria at all.
Additionally, the above appears to apply to Eukrasian Dosis and Eukrasian Dosis II as well, rather than being specific to Eukrasian Dosis III.

I'm suprised I never noticed this. But yeah, heal proc of "Kardion" does not apply on "Eukrasian Dosis", "Eukrasian Dosis II" and "Eukrasian Dosis III".
