My Character Missing (Gone) from Main Menu (login) Screen

Hello Everyone, Need help on technical issue regarding character missing (gone)

yesterday i travelled to Mana Server from tonberry, and log out there (masamune)
and today i login & my character just gone from menu select screen?

i just checked lodestone and my character id from tonberry still exist.. but i still cant
see it in login (in-game) menu screen

Any recommendation regarding this issue? i already contact support but still no response..

Which world are you looking at? I'm pretty sure it should still be listed under Tonberry, though I haven't actually tried the DC transfer mode.

oh its not like i want to transfer my main id to another server for good,
im just travelling to other server.. from tonberry to masamune.. and play with some JP friends & willing to go back to my main server (tonberry) today cause of raid reclear T_T

but now my main character from tonberry just gone from select screen menu >_<,

and i cant find tonberry in character select.. its just empty
probably stuck in the middle both server perhaps? >_<

but my main id still exist in lodestone tho..

You've probably figured it out by now, but if not, you have to connect to the Mana DC and select your Character from there, not Elemental.
As you have traveled to Mana, that is where your Character is now, until you travel back to Elemental, it will not show up on Tonberry until you travel back.
