Well i dont really wanna answer that. Cause any answer makes me look like an ass. But besides 11 when i think Relic anything i think something ancient and very powerful. So id also thought theyd wait to a higher level cap, but SE can just as easily make quest to upgrade them to the level caps.

I think its fine to release relics for what we have now and then release them as other jobs come along. Even with the new jobs you will have to still go through the same thing anyway to get them.
