ilvl for dyes?

I am wondering if the information back from 2015 I could find is outdated. My retainers are ilvl 91+ and currently lvl 89 (I have 8) and they have never brought me a single dye. Has anything changed? Is there a new minimum ilvl for rare dyes?

you will randomly receive venture coffers, open them to get rare dyes
lv89 should be enough to get you venture coffers
ilvl doesn't matter

Hmm that's strange I must be extremely unlucky then as my retainers are now lvl 90 and I have not received a single coffer just gear, crafting mats and housing items.

If I remember correctly, near the start of the expansion we confirmed seeing coffers appear around ilvl 545 for the DoW/DoM retainers. I know for certain I got one back at 547 on my BRD retainer.

I can't recall what Gathering skill was needed for the DoH retainers but it's probably equivalent to the stats on the level 90 entry set unmelded.
