Suggestion: Add the option to see each second of a countdown as its counting down

Just when I thought I've seen everything, FF14's aggressively casual community wants a toggle on a precise countdown because having quality of life features is just. Too. Much.

I'm ngl I agree that having a precise countdown is important, but there's no harm in making it toggle on and off. Most jobs don't require a precise countdown over 5 seconds long, and so it would probably just be an annoyance whenever it does go off unless it's toggleable.
