PS4 controller behaving strangely all of a sudden

I have tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling the controller's drivers, rebinding the controls, and even external programs that make PS4 dualshock controller behave like xbox controllers, but no no avail.
The issue that is happening is that it appears 2 separate key bindings are being used on the controller. For example when I move forward with the left directional stick it also tilts the camera up, and when I press start (Usually opens up my menu where I can select map/etc) It opens up the system menu. I'm really at a loss at this point as I have tried toying with the settings multiple times with no help. I'm really just hoping I'm not the only one having this issue.

We would be happy to assist with your concern. Please try the following troubleshooting to see if this helps with the issues you are experiencing with your controller.

- Try to uninstall and reinstall the controller drivers once more. Once you have, please be sure these drivers are up to date.
- Disable all other device drivers, leaving the mouse, keyboard, and your controller as the only devices active.
- If you have a specialized gaming keyboard, we would suggest trying a different keyboard to be sure it does not conflict with the controller in any way.
- Try unplugging the controller and restarting the computer without it plugged in.
