Looking at Byregot in his intro cutscene, he has nipples.

No one else does. I thought it was just a game rating censorship thing or something but if that was the case Byregot would not have them either.

What does it mean? An actual deity would have an excuse to not have nipples, but this one does. I propose that nipples are actually a sign of being unsundered. When the Ancients were sundered, so too were their nipples sundered and thrown into the aetherial sea!

Perhaps the area of breast is just too big that complete lack of nipple would be too noticeable. And like... it's pretty subtle even then, and only noticeable because the camera keeps focusing on his massive chest.
