request to change Triple triad NPCs

There are few things in this game that send me into an outright nerdrage but the situation involving triple triad NPCs, while collecting the cards, enrages me every single time.

There simply no reason, what-so-ever, to overstack rules while combining low drop rates on extreme side content such as Triple triad card collecting.

Most of your player base does not care about triple triad. It is side content. Extremely side content. There is simply no logically reason you should put intentionally insane rule stacks with low drop rates to this degree. No one should ever be stuck 30-60 minutes playing a single NPC for a single card sometimes at 40+ matches.

You are wasting mine, and other peoples, time for no reason. I do not like having my time wasted on very unenjoyable rule sets.

You are 4 expansions into this Final Fantasy 14. There is simply no reason, what-so-ever to time sink us on extreme side content like this.

It used to be worse. A lot of NPCs would take hundreds of matches to get the card, but then they got nerfed in Shadowbringers and now it's easy to get them compared to how it used to be. But the ease of getting them is made up for by how many there are now.

The only ones that are still hard to get are the ones from certain raids such as E12 and I'm not certain about P8, but I've not got it from P8 yet.

The Garlean NPC in the Ala Mhigan Quarter is the bane of my existence. I loathe him. Half for his smug douche lines when he wins, half for the ridiculous rules he wants me to play with.

I'm still missing one out of 3 of his cards. END ME.

The fact that it's extreme side content is exactly why they're okay with making it a time sink.

I do not care what you think about this subject to such a degree I wont even return to this post to read it.

Given that you took the time to write this post and worded it in inflammatory way designed to provoke a response, I highly doubt that.

MM EX's card is still also up there for the hardest to get because of the rng and the fact the fight is pretty useless reward-wise unless you really want the glamour.

P8 seems... Easier? to get it then E12 was, got it about 12 runs in, though rng could have just favored me.
