For once you even have the options for group members, alliance raid members, friends and everyone else - and if you want the full name shown, only initials or nothing at all. Unless you're a names-enthusiast, I'd recommend with going no names at all for anyone who isnt on your friendslist regardless of the harrassment-issue - makes for a much nicer looking, less cluttered game (specially in areas that are very full).
+1 to this. Just turn names off except your friends, makes the game way more immersive and helps to avoid seeing people yoy don't want to see.
