Steps: 1. Speak to Lilina within Mealvaan's Gate in Limsa Lominsa.
2. Proceed to Camp Iron Lake camp and speak to Sergeant Nolan.
3. Enter U'Ghamaro Mines and interact with all 3 ???.
4. Return to Sergeant Nolan in Iron Lake camp for reward.

My log stated I received 700 Flame Serpent seals but when I checked my Currency tab in Inventory menu I still had only the 350seals I had prior to finishing the quest. I am unsure if I received the gil reward as well as I usually don't pay attention to that.
