Wrong, the principles are the same, iteration and specific processes are a separate matter entirely. There are specific principles and dynamics that apply across the board, base game design and paradigms havent changed that much over the years.

FF 14's scene is to deal with iteration and process, the base design principles have not changed, regardless of what game it is.
