As a non raider is painful, i still need 3 more tome accessories + a single weapon for tank (which luckily i already have the Ultralight Tomestone) to get almost full ilv620 (with Purgatory or Rinascita as 2nd ring ilv610). Rest are forced to get the latest crafted set\purgatory (and some jobs i still use the latest dungeon gear).

There could be something to ease up a little for alt jobs with the tomes? Not asking to be immediate uber geared but at that point it's a lot of time and sub spent for a single role\class
