Wards down?

My apologies, I was switching between wards. I think I was in LL in the Ul'dah ward. I was unable to exit my retainers inventory. In the end I was forced to exit the game by use of the red exit in the top right. Since then I've tried to re-enter the game and have received the error (30002)1339169786,0,5 and (30002)1339170215,0,5. Possibly others, I only just realized it has changed. I wanted to bring this to...whoever's attention. Less of "I need support" and more of "The ___ wards need support".
